OBSCURA

Aaron Lin is an industrial designer who recently just graduated from Emily Carr University of Art +
Design. He moved to Vancouver from Taiwan 6 years ago which has changed the way he
approaches his design practice. It gave him the opportunity to apply both Eastern and Western
perspectives into design thinking. He values good connection with people, friends and family.
His interests include design, photography, playing guitar, sports, working out, and of course
looking at furniture for fun. He has experience working with wood and has always been
passionate about modern furniture. His design practices mostly include furniture design and
interior design. He is also a freelance photographer and is currently the photographer for
Devoteewear (an online fitness apparel brand).
