Sophia Boutsakis

Sophia Boutsakis is a Canadian visual artist, born and raised in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She is privileged to reside and create as an uninvited guest on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Squamish, Musqueam, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

Sophia’s multidisciplinary practice includes painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, printmaking, book media, and collage. Her process is often an exploration of repeated subject matter through various media, with a concentration on materiality.
