In the Face of it, is a series of work that reflects the space between the corporeal body, spirit and outer world. Manifested through oil paint on canvas, the fragments piece together space and time through sex, movement and the decay of the body.

Still Life’s

I always study still lifes as a way to observe the simple things. There seems to be a an entire universe in the simplistic vision of a bouquet of flowers. life and death fading as we watch it, and the changing from moment to moment through light and time.

Memory

This series of work was derived from a desire to capture fellting moments and memories. How can youy graso on to things that are forever changing even as you try to hold on to them, slipping away and changing before in your minds eye. They amalgamate into collage esk, etheral fragments on places and people both familiar and out of this world.
